INSURANCE PROGRAMS: Passport to Ministry®

Passport to Ministry® Claim Information | Option 1*

Medical: Reporting Medical Expenses

Step 4: Submit your bills to your primary medical insurance provider.

Once you've returned from your foreign mission trip, immediately submit your medical bills and receipts to your primary medical insurance company. Your primary insurance company will send you an Explanation of Benefits form. This form will show the amount paid and if any charges have been denied.

You must file the claim with your primary insurance company first because your Passport to Ministry policy is a full excess policy, which means any other insurance policy must pay first.

Step 5: Download an Accident & Sickness Claim Report
