Position Title: Manager – Information Marketing
Hours: Mon – Fri; 8 am – 4:30 pm
Work Location: Home Office – Fort Wayne, IN

Position Purpose:
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s marketing CRM database in support of marketing strategy and operational efficiency. The manager is responsible for assisting the Asst. Vice President in managing the company’s strategic marketing goals, including lead generation activities, sales and customer retention goals, and e-marketing and e-business strategies.
Essential Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing communications, and/or business administration.
Desired Education:
- Additional specific education or related technical coursework in market research or database analysis.
Essential Experience:
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of database marketing experience.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, as well as verbal presentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and accomplish multiple projects.
- Supervisory and/or management expertise.
- Understand the principles of information architecture, which deal with the flow of information and how effectively the user finds it.
- Must be highly organized, flexible and able to meet deadlines as prescribed.
- Must possess strong collaboration skills and interpersonal skills.
- Because the company’s niche is the church and related ministries market, and because effective service requires a thorough understanding of this market, persons in this position must be familiar with church operations, and must conduct themselves in a manner that will neither alienate nor offend persons within this target niche.
