About the presenters:

Matt Hirschy, CPA, chief financial officer at Brotherhood Mutual will deliver the webinar presentation. Hirschy joined the company in 2008 as vice president of finance and was named treasurer in 2009. Hirschy earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 1989 and has worked in the financial world for over 20 years. He has also served as a church treasurer at Pathway Community Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Tom Lichtenberger, senior manager of property claims at Brotherhood Mutual, will also provide insight on the topic. Lichtenberger has worked in the company’s claims department for nearly 25 years, rising to his current position in 2008. Lichtenberger received his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification in 1995 and earned an MBA from Taylor University in 2010. He also serves on the advisory council for the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters and leads the worship team at Pine Hills Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
