Policy covers employees only, and the benefits are provided only in relation to a work-related injury or disease as specified in the state law. The policy also includes employer's liablity insurance that protects you up to the coverage limit in the event you are sued in civil court as the result of an injury to your employee arising out of the employee's job-related injury or illness.
