Medical: Foreign Medical Assistance
If you're outside the United States, Europ Assistance USA will provide Passport to Ministry Option 1 policyholders with the following medical benefits:
- Accidental death and dismemberment
- Dispatch of a doctor or specialist
- Emergency medical evacuation
- Foreign medical referral service
- Hospital admission deposit advance
- Medical emergency family travel (bedside visit)
- Medical monitoring service
- Medically necessary repatriation
- Pre-trip medical referral information
- Prescription drug replacement service
- Return of mortal remains
Step 4: Call Europ Assistance USA collect at 1-202-659-7779
Step 5: Provide the following information:
- Identify yourself as a Brotherhood Mutual policyholder.
- Name of your organization.
- Policy number (listed on your Passport to Ministry® travel card).
- Your first and last name.
- Your phone number.
and if the situation requires:
- Patient's first and last name, age, and gender.
- Description of the patient's condition.
- Name and location of the medical provider.
- Phone number of the medical facility, if known.
