Medical: Foreign Medical Assistance
If you're outside the United States, Seven Corners Assist will provide Passport to Ministry Option 2 policyholders with the following medical benefits:
- Accidental death and dismemberment
- Common carrier accidental death
- Emergency medical evacuation & repatriation
- Foreign medical referral service
- Home country coverage (incidental trips home)
- Inoculation information service
- Medical emergency family reunion
- Prescription drug/eyeglass replacement service
- Return of minor children
- Return of mortal remains
Step 4: Call Seven Corners Assist collect at 1-317-818-2808.
Step 5: Provide the following information:
- Identify yourself as a Seven Corners policyholder.
- Name of your organization.
- The ID number (listed on your travel card).
- Your first and last name.
- Your phone number.
and if the situation requires:
- Patient's first and last name, age, and gender.
- Description of the patient's condition.
- Name and location of the medical provider.
- Phone number of the medical facility, if known.
