Step 3: Call Seven Corners Assist collect at 1-317-818-2808.
Step 4: Provide the following information:
- Identify yourself as a Seven Corners policyholder.
- Name of your organization.
- The ID number (listed on your travel card).
- Your first and last name.
- Your phone number.
