Brad Bertsch joined Brotherhood Mutual in February 2010. He was promoted to assistant controller in February 2015 and assumed his current responsibilities in February 2019. Before coming to Brotherhood Mutual, he worked for Lincoln Financial Group in Fort Wayne.

Bertsch graduated from Indiana University with an accounting degree and earned his MBA from Indiana Tech in 2009. He became a certified public accountant (CPA) in 2009 and obtained the chartered property casualty underwriter (CPCU) designation in 2015. Bertsch serves on the boards of Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana and the Indiana chapter of the Insurance Accounting & Systems Association. He’s an actively involved member of the Apostolic Christian Church in Bluffton, Indiana.
