Mosaic isn't a summer job —
it's leadership development

Investing in Future Leaders

The Mosaic Program is developing the next generation of community leaders.

Through temporary summer employment, we offer area college students from diverse backgrounds
a chance to explore career opportunities in the insurance industry.

Mosaic enhances students’ career skills and so much more. We have watched Mosaic students grow in confidence as they apply their talents to new professional roles. Participants may return in successive summers, deepening their skills as they mentor other Mosaic students. Several participants have accepted Brotherhood Mutual® job offers after college, broadening the local field of insurance talent.

A member of the Northeast Indiana community for more than 100 years, Brotherhood Mutual has enjoyed many opportunities to serve, promote, and grow relationships with community organizations. This program assists in developing the knowledge and experience of young leaders, supporting community organizations’ impact on future generations..
