Brotherhood Mutual Welcomes Two New Members to its Board of Directors 

Lashanna “Sha” Farley is chief human resources officer of Young Life, a global ministry based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, that introduces adolescents to Christ. With more than 20 years of HR experience worldwide, Farley has led teams to build and execute innovative and strategic workforce priorities that are aligned to mission, vision and values. Before joining Young Life in 2017, she led HR divisions at Sabre, Walmart Stores, Inc., and Pfizer Inc. Farley holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in human resources and labor relations from the University of Illinois. 

Michael Wong, CPA, CGMA, has driven process improvements in the financial and accounting areas of multimillion-dollar corporations and nonprofits during his 17-year career. He leads finance, strategy, and operations at Open Doors USA, a ministry in Santa Ana, California, that aids persecuted Christians around the globe. Before that, Wong gained leadership experience at AIP Aerospace, Crane Controls, World Vision, Warner Bros. Entertainment, and Deloitte. Wong holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration Pepperdine University. He earned an MBA from Biola University in 2004. Michael also serves on the board of the Christian Leadership Alliance.
