Brotherhood Mutual
Foundation
The Foundation was established by Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company whose mission statement is Advancing the Kingdom by serving the Church®.

The Brotherhood Mutual FoundationSM, Inc., is a private nonprofit foundation dedicated to making contributions to encourage religious, charitable, and educational activities and operations.
Our History
Headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the Foundation was established in 2005 by Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company. Not only do we help with funding requests within our local community of northeast Indiana, we also have expanded our reach on a national level through our Kingdom Advancing Grant initiative.
Eligibility & Guidelines for Community Donation Requests
Before you begin your request, carefully consider whether your organization and its mission fit our criteria:
Funds go first to groups like-minded to our mission.
Priority is given to Christian nonprofits and ministries serving northeast Indiana. Charitable nonprofits may also be considered.
Donations are typically given to organizations, not individuals.
You must be a tax-exempt charitable organization as described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Donation requests are reviewed monthly by the donations committee. Smaller donations are most often honored to maximize impact and preserve resources. Donation decisions are based on need, purpose, and missional alignment. Before any donations are authorized for organizations insured by Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company, care will be taken to assure the donation will not create a conflict of interest.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This form is to be used only for community donation requests.
Message from the Director
