Colglazier joined Brotherhood Mutual in 2012 and has held the roles of regional underwriting manager, large account manager, and regional underwriter. Prior to that, he worked as an underwriter for MedPro Group. He assumed his current responsibilities in February 2020.

Colglazier holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne. He attends Lifehouse Church in Fort Wayne.
