Michael Allison joined Brotherhood Mutual in 1989 as a litigation specialist. He was promoted to casualty claims manager, then assistant vice president of casualty claims. “Brotherhood Mutual strives to understand ministry operations at a deep level. While the typical insurance company is transaction-driven, Brotherhood Mutual is ministry-focused and relationship-driven. I find it extremely satisfying to develop new and creative ways to address the expanding needs of ministries.”

Michael lends his time to the Fort Wayne Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic and chairs the board of a large denominational Christian camp. He also serves on the board of the Insurance Institute of Indiana. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in psychology and communications, he received his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law and received his CPCU designation in 1993. Michael helped found the adoption/orphan care ministry at his church, Pathway Community Church, where he has served in a variety of roles.
