Brotherhood Mutual Makes 2024 Best Places to Work Roster of Top Indiana Companies

February 26, 2024: Brotherhood Mutual has been named one of Indiana’s 2024 Best Places to Work, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce announced today. This is the 14th time Brotherhood Mutual has earned the award. The companies making this year’s list represent more than 40 cities and towns throughout Indiana.

The company employs more than 600 and is located in the heart of northeast Indiana - Fort Wayne. To learn more about the purpose driven work our employees do each day, as well as the benefits, opportunities, and amenities they have access to, visit our Career web page

Determining the top companies in the state is a two-part survey process. First, an Employer Assessment compiles details about a company’s policies and procedures. Then a confidential Employee Feedback Survey captures employees’ opinions about their workplace experience. Both the employer and employee data sets are combined to determine the best workplaces.

Of the 193 companies recognized, we are one of eight from Fort Wayne. The others are Design Collaborative, MidWest America Federal Credit Union, Parkview Ortho Hospital, VOSS Automotive, Inc., Star Financial Bank, Franklin Electric, and The Kendall Group. Rankings for each company will be announced in May.

“The honored companies offer a blueprint for employee attraction and retention, and we are excited to celebrate their success," said Vanessa Green Sinders, Indiana Chamber president and CEO. "We hope that the values and strategies on display in their workplaces can serve as models for other Indiana employers as we work together to address Indiana’s talent pipeline needs.”

The Indiana Chamber of Commerce created the Best Places to Work program in 2006 to honor the state’s top companies. Brotherhood Mutual is a member of the chamber’s Best Places to Work Hall of Fame for displaying sustained excellence during the program’s 17-year history.
