Case Promoted to Vice President

Effective February 18, 2024, Steve Case, JD, CPCU, will become vice president, general counsel - affiliates. He previously served as assistant vice president, general counsel - affiliates. Case will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, oversight, and management of the legal and compliance functions of Brotherhood Mutual’s affiliate and subsidiary entities. Prior to joining the company in 2014, he worked in insurance defense litigation.

Case received his bachelor's degree from Manchester University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. He received his CPCU designation in 2017. 

He is a member of the Christian Legal Society, Defense Research Institute, Association of Corporate Counsel, and Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. Case serves on the ministry advisory board for The Pointe Church.
