From local youth group outings to national mission trips, you trust your ministry vehicle to safely transport you and your passengers from point A to point B.
Routine inspections and maintenance will help prevent many roadside emergencies, but unforeseen issues and accidents are always a possibility. Prepare your vehicle for such an occurrence by stocking it with any supplies you might need in an emergency.
Keep the following on hand at all times:
Cell Phone. A working cell phone is an essential piece of equipment. Keep a universal car charger handy so your phone will work when you need it.
First-Aid Kit. Your first-aid kit should contain items that can handle everything from minor cuts to major bandaging. Make sure all contents are not expired.
Food and Water. Pack enough food and water to provide at least one meal for you and your passengers. You’ll need more supplies if traveling in remote areas or very hot or cold conditions.
