About the presenters:

Matt Hirschy, CPA, chief financial officer at Brotherhood Mutual will deliver the webinar presentation. Hirschy joined the company in 2008 as vice president of finance and was named treasurer in 2009. Hirschy earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 1989 and has worked in the financial world for over 20 years. He has also served as a church treasurer at Pathway Community Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Tom Lichtenberger, assistant vice president-property claims at Brotherhood Mutual, will also provide insight on the topic. Lichtenberger has worked in the company’s claims department for nearly 25 years. He received his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification in 1995 and earned an MBA from Taylor University in 2010. Lichtenberger also serves on the advisory council for the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters and is an elder at Pine Hills Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
