Emergency preparedness for churches used to mean having a plan for responding to reports of fires and severe weather. Today, churches must also be prepared to deal with crises created by violent people, such as church shootings.
As the issues that plague the world make their way into churches, more and more ministries are forming safety and security teams to help protect their people, property, and ministries. Once you have a team, how do you deploy it and ensure that it functions as an effective ministry?
Duration: Approximately 68 minutes
