About the presenters:

Michael AllisonMichael Allison, JD, CPCU is vice president, chief counsel, and secretary at Brotherhood Mutual. He joined the company in 1989 as a litigation specialist. He was promoted to casualty claims manager, then assistant vice president of casualty claims. Michael was appointed vice president and chief counsel in 1997, assuming leadership of the legal and research and development departments. In 1998 he became corporate secretary.

Dave LantzDave Lantz, CPCU, AIC is the vice president of claims at Brotherhood Mutual. He joined the company in 1996 as a casualty claims adjuster. Dave was named manager of casualty claims in 1998 and senior manager in 2007. He was promoted to assistant vice president in 2008 and his current position in 2010.

At the time of this recording, C. Kay Landwehr, JD was an associate attorney at Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company. After joining the company in 2011, she assisted ministries with risk management, focusing on the areas of child protection, employment law, workers’ compensation, and safety and security.
