Vice President, Marketing

Mitzi Thomas assumed her current role as vice president marketing in 2013. Her responsibilities include providing leadership, development, oversight, and strategic direction for lead generation, brand marketing, agency marketing, and corporate communication initiatives, as well as managing the company’s overall brand architecture and strategy. She has been with the company since 1995 and has served as communications assistant, manager marketing communications, assistant vice president of corporate communications, and assistant vice president marketing and communications.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Taylor University. Mitzi completed her Leadership Coaching Certificate from Huntington University in 2023. She earned the Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) designation through the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) in 2004. 

She has been involved with Youth for Christ Northern Indiana since 2013 and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Mitzi and her husband attend Pine Hills Church.
