Tom Lichtenberger joined Brotherhood Mutual in 1987 and was promoted to his current role as assistant vice president of property claims in 2015. An undergraduate of Fort Wayne Bible College, Lichtenberger also holds an MBA from Taylor University. He also serves as an elder at Pine Hills Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
