Go Paperless with eDocuments

As a Brotherhood Mutual customer, your organization can enjoy a faster, more efficient way to receive its policy documents. It’s called eDocuments, and it’s available through My Account.

You can get started at www.brotherhoodmutual.com/my-account. All you need is your policy number and ZIP code. 

By enrolling in eDocuments, you will receive an email notification when new policy documents are available to view in My Account or when policy changes are made.

The benefits of paperless eDocuments

By choosing to go paperless for your important insurance documents, you can:

  • Gain instant access. Customer policies and documents such as auto ID cards are available to view, download, and print any time from My Account.

  • Keep up on timely info. Notifications about changes or updates to policies and documents, such as renewals, policy change requests, or claim status update will be delivered automatically through email.

  • Stay organized. All your organization's insurance documents and policies are stored in one secure place, so you can access them anytime from your computer or phone.

  • Work more efficiently. Going paperless is good stewardship of resources. It benefits you, our company, and the environment. And, you’ll likely free up physical storage space, too.

Give it a try, risk-free

Enrollment is on a per-policy basis, so you can choose the electronic notification option for one, some, or all your policies. It’s simple: 

  1. Click on your profile, located at the top right corner of your My Account page.

  2. Click on Manage Notifications.

  3. Select “electronic” for each policy you want to receive document delivery via email notification. Note: If you don’t see the “electronic” option, contact your agent for assistance. 

Change your mind? If you find that this option does not work for your organization, you can change your notification preferences with just a few taps. Work through the above steps again, but this time select “paper” if you want your documents mailed to you.

My Account allows you to do much more and saves you time and money in the process. You can enroll in automatic payments to save on service charges and track payment history, go paperless for policy invoices, make one-time payments, and easily report a claim.
