Michael Allison joined Brotherhood Mutual in 1989 as a litigation specialist. He was appointed vice president and chief counsel in 1997, assuming leadership of the legal and research and development departments. In 1998 he became corporate secretary.
Assistant Vice President, Senior Corporate Counsel at Brotherhood Mutual
Steve Case joined the company as an associate attorney in 2014 and was elevated to associate corporate counsel in 2016 before assuming his current role. As senior corporate counsel, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the legal department.
